Wolffe, the Clone Commander of the 104th Battalion, was last seen in Star Wars Rebels as an active member of the Rebellion, so Wolffe could have easily been alive during the films.

Clone Troopers were trained throughout their life to be the ideal soldiers, but one unfortunate drawback to this was their growth acceleration. Little did the Jedi know that their clone allies were created specifically to gain their trust and, when the moment came, murder them. Clone Troopers fought heroically alongside the Jedi during the Clone Wars. Clone Troopers fulfilled their purpose at the end of the Clone Wars, and though they were quickly replaced by Imperial Stormtroopers, some clones were still alive and active during the Star Wars original trilogy.
