Because this glitch increases your speed, it is desirable to switch weapons as much as possible however, if you do it too much, it will be almost impossible to control your character. However, if you hold them for long enough, you will still die, so be careful. This allows you to move incredibly fast (believe it or not, that’s rather desirable in a speedrun) and it also increases your health, meaning you can hold both Keening and Sunder without instantly dying.
