This may be because the game is recognizing that something is wrong with the rest of the city. Interestingly enough, the raiders in Nuka World are sending me to kidnap and kill people that are at home plate, my house in the city. I also downloaded and played through the Huntress Manor mod with the Lovecraft plot while in Far Harbor. It may be a weapon or radio mod, but I'm not sure. I've tried disabling all of these and I still can't get into the city. I think the issue might be related to Tales from the Commonwealth, Welcome to Goodneighbor, or the goodneighbor apartment reccommended by the author of the goodneighbor mod. The EBR wasn't showing up in game anyways so I'll leave it disabled for now. I tried disabling the MK14 EBR rifle hoping this would fix the issue. How can I get a list of my plug ins without manually typing all 90 of them here? I'm using Vortex to manage my mods, using control+A and control+C won't let my paste my plugin list here.
